Albion Riverside consists of 200 luxury apartments, a gymnasium and office complex designed by Sir Norman Foster. Swift Fire & Security design team in association with Arup Consulting Engineers and the architect developed the fire and security scheme to provide top level protection whilst complimenting the architectural requirement. 

Swift installed a multi-station video concierge system communicating with video handsets to each apartment and linked to a proximity based Access Control System. To compliment this a fully functional, digitally recorded, CCTV system gives complete coverage of the site. Intruder Alarms and comprehensive Fire Detection Systems were also installed to protect the building and occupants.
