Intruder Alarm Monitoring & Maintenance
The Association of Chief Police Officers ( ACPO
) require compliance to DD:243. This states
that high priority is only given to alarms which are confirmed.
Unmonitored, bells only alarm systems are not enough. After all, who
hears the alarm out of business hours in order to contact your local
Police authority?
Swift Fire & Security provide a 24 hour NSI
accredited monitoring service which provides confirmation that an
intrusion is taking place and can react immediately.
Swift have trained monitoring operatives who
can confirm sequential alarms, confirm intrusion via onsite CCTV and,
where available, provide live audio warnings to prevent vandalism or
intruder damage.
All Swift intruder systems are maintained 24
hours a day.

In many cases, our service centre personnel can
resolve your issue over the telephone. Swift's
service centre is staffed, on a rota basis, by the same engineers
